Domestic and international tour packages, planned by one team from first enquiry to the flight home.
Express Travels started in 2014, after our founder spent a month untangling a friend's honeymoon booking — flights confirmed on one platform, the hotel unconfirmed on another, and a "complimentary" airport transfer that turned out to cost extra on arrival. The fix seemed obvious: put one person in charge of a trip from enquiry to return, and quote the actual price up front.
That's still the whole model. What started as a handful of domestic itineraries has grown into packages across more than 40 destinations, in India and abroad, without changing the basics — small groups, one planner per booking, and pricing that doesn't move after the deposit is paid.
Group sizes are capped intentionally — most itineraries run 2 to 12 travelers, not busloads.
A single planner sees your trip from enquiry through your return, not a rotating call center.
What's quoted at booking is what's charged. Anything optional is flagged as optional upfront.
