Flight
Click on the Support option at header of the front website, in the drop down option you will find " Cancel Ticket" hover the cursor over there and than click on the "Flight" option.
Than Provide the Order ID of the ticket and the email ID which was used during th booking, you will get the ticket copy from there you can cancel the ticket.
Hotel
Click on the Hotel tab from front website, than type the city name for which you wanted to book a hotel room, give the Check-In and Check-Out date select the number of guest and room and click on search.
Now You will get the search list of available hotels for that particular city, select the desired hotel and than select the desired room category and click on book now option.
Type the guest details and proceed for payment, the hotel room will get reserved.
